A signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date on my calendar. For regular sessions clients pay a 25% non-refundable retainer at booking to secure their date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the session. For weddings a 10% non-refundable retainer is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding. Payments can be easily made in increments via the online client portal.

Life happens! If something unexpected comes up, we'll work together to find a new date whenever possible. In the event of severe weather, we will reschedule to a new session date. A new retainer payment is not required for weather reschedules.

Always. I bring multiple cameras, lenses, batteries, and memory cards so you can relax knowing I'm prepared.
